About the Course CY
Welcome to the 'Positive Environment CPD' section of the WRU Game Locker.
The information provided includes guidance and resources to help support the delivery of an ‘on line’ Continuous Personal Development event.
As part of your role you will be expected to deliver this CPD event to coaches in the community especially to those attached to your assigned clubs.
This CPD has been developed to give you support and development and a point of reference for when you deliver on line sessions
The event outcomes are
1 To introduce the idea of positive environments
2. Develop the understanding of motivation and the role it plays in the player pathway
3. To identify ways to enhance motivation within our sessions
