About the Course
WRU Don't Tackle it Alone Safeguarding Course Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility!
This is a two and a half hour course delivered by experienced WRU Educators. This course is an introduction to safeguarding looking at the role of a CSO (Club Safeguarding Officer), ways to keep your Rugby Club safe and welcoming to all, How to protect the children you are working with, as well as protecting yourself in compromising situations.
The course is suitable for all volunteers and we welcome club coaches, parents, spectators, club house staff, comittee and any other volunteers to attend.
This course can be delivered in person or online and you will receive a link to a video conference on confirmation of a successful booking if relevant.
