We will deliver the learning using the WITTS (What it take to succeed) framework which includes:
On the field development is delivered through regular Technical Seiats (gatherings) to discuss and debate kicking, attack, defence, set piece, breakdown, transition and kicking with special guest presenters.
Off the field development is delivered through the creation of a personal profile which is an honest, personal opinion summarising where you are at present in terms of your approach to performance coaching covering the creation of your honest opinion in a range of areas including a personal credo for coaching, playing, technical specialism and culture plus your answers to four the key questions which are: Who are you? Who are you really under pressure? Where do you want to go? What’s your plan?.
This is your honest opinion and what you stand for.

As a coach you it is important that you develop your own personal opinion.
Follow Steve Jobs advice when he said “Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice”
Develop your own honest opinion through becoming a “master of your craft” being courageously curious, listening to others, reflecting upon yours and others experiences, reading widely, watching clips and features.
Honesty is not about being right, it is what your believe in until you decide to change it….and that’s ok as well.
Your personal coaching profile is not fixed and should be reviewed at least every year after reflecting upon your experiences and the execution of your personal development plan.
In addition coaches will be able to access support materials covering EQ regulation, wellbeing, confident communication, world class basics of coaching, leadership, development and performance which will be available as in person events and online learning.
And finally, possibly the most critical element of the WITTS fraework is the creation of a Personal development plan.
