
As a coach it is important that sometimes, even when you don’t feel confident, you do not allow this to show to your players.
Communication is defined as a process by which information is exchanged between individuals through a common system of symbols, signs, or behaviours.
Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities — not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence isn't about feeling superior to others. It's a quiet inner knowledge that you're capable.
Sometimes you have to “fake it to make it” and section is a great place to start.
