Leadership is complex and chaotic because every context is different and involves people with a range of backgrounds, skills, beliefs and life experiences.
There is no one right way to lead so in these materials will give you the opportunity to hear from leaders who have achieved success, and sometimes failure and are willing to share their approach. They will explain their context, their thinking and their actions.
The sessions will be facilitated by an experienced coach developer in order to draw out the learnings for coaches who are already in, or aspire to be in a leadership role.
