As part of the Welsh Rugby Unions reformed pathway to support in the development of more and better players in wales, please find the opportunity below to sign up and take part in this year’s U15s EMERGING PLAYER PROGRAM.
This is a Welsh rugby Union talent discovery initiative is locally delivered by our regional academy’s to provide access to the very best facilities and coaches through a fun and safe environments that supports in the development of players ability by allowing them a longer period of time to explore their potential.
This consists of sixteen sessions and four playing opportunities delivery across four core blocks (two pre and two post-Christmas). Each block will consist of 4 training weeks and conclude with a playing opportunity in week five before having time off/ away from the program
This blocked approach and limited playing opportunities in year 1/ U15s allows players to continue to train and play with schools and clubs alongside the EPP provision with minimal pinch points.
