Injury Prevention Exercise

The following videos have been created to assist in the development of specific injury prevention. Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries particularly receive a lot of focus, unsurprisingly so given that they often lead to a lengthy time away from rugby. The following exercise have been created by our WRU National Strength and conditioning staff, these exercises can be done as a warm up to any session, or even done at home to strengthen the lower limbs.
