Ball carrier within a 20m x 20m coned area, leads rest of group chain throughout the square, rest of the group must follow
On coaches whistle or call players must perform following skills-
Score a try (put ball down and next player picks up)
Turn and Pop
Turn and Rip
Once the skill is performed, the player with the ball becomes the leader of the chain and the person who had the ball must go to the back of the chain

Coaching Points Ball Carrier holds the ball in two hands
Score a try Bend legs and place ball on floor (no bouncing ball), to pick up ball feet either side of ball and use two hands to pick it up
Turn and Pop Ball Carrier turns to face support players and uses two hands topass ball Receiver of the pass must have hands up ready to catch and calls for ball
Turn and rip Ball Carrier turns and hugs the ball, support player must get in close and rip the ball whilst also communicating that they are ripping the ball

Walking/Jogging/Running
Run through different obstacles, support players follow Ball Carrier
Introduce shield holders for players to run into on call to perform the skill requirement
