Core Stability (Manual Resistance)
Manual Resistance Player A sets up in a Front Pillar Hold Position with both elbows tucked in under the chest area, up on toes of feet, spine in line (neutral position) and head upwards. Player B sensibly moves around Player A gently pushing or pulling Player A to test their centre of core stability. Run for 1/2 minutes and change.
