Application for registration as an Agent / Cais i gofrestru fel Asiant

This application form sets out the details which are required to be supplied by individuals seeking to apply to be Registered Agents with one of the Irish Rugby Football Union (“the IRFU”), the Rugby Football Union (“the RFU”), the Welsh Rugby Union (“the WRU”) together referred to hereafter as the “Home Unions”.

It also specifies the undertakings and declarations which any potential applicant must offer to the Home Unions in order for their registration as an Agent to be considered.

Should the applicant’s application to be a Registered Agent be accepted by the Home Unions, this document will record and constitute the terms of a binding agreement between the Agent and the Home Union to which the Agent is registered setting out the basis upon which registration of the Agent is conferred by the Home Unions. Any reference to Pound Sterling in this application will be equivalent to the Euro at the ECB exchange rate at the time of application.

Should you wish to apply to be a Registered Agent, the following information will be required:

  • Registration Form online completion (available below)
  • Confirmation of Completed Examination online - You can complete your exam when you have been approved by the Union and received receipt of the Payment of Agents Registration Fee - This is a non-refundable £500 application fee and is payable by BACS with the reference AGENTAPP
  • Copy of the World Rugby Certificates of completion of Keep Rugby Clean and Keep Rugby Onside courses available here in the Protect the Game section, and Concussion Management for the General Public in the Player Welfare section
