Basic outline of duties – A Team Manager is central to the successful operation of a team, from engaging with the committee to engaging with player. The role is interpersonal as well as an information sharing one. Being the ‘go to’ person for the team is essential as well as ensuring everyone has received the appropriate information. Working with the facilitation of the changing rooms and organising the volunteers who work with the setup of the pitch etc

Backs Coach (senior men’s)

Basic outline of duties –
To enhance the playing capabilities of the 1st XV and, the Development(2nd) team to build an extended squad capable of competing at the top of DIV 1 and in WRU cup competitions Work with extended coaching team to improve individual/team skills of all players through coaching feedback – take control of the development of the Senior 1st team Backs to include but not limited too:-
- Recruitment
- Delivering Head coaches style of play
- Creating and delivering the coaching strategy
- Managing availability
- Match day attendance and preparation
- Feedback sessions both individually and collectively
- Youth and 2nd team coach liaison
- Physio liaison for rehab and injury return
Qualification:
Minimum of Level 1 or working towards this.

To provide physiotherapy services to the Dinas Powys RFC 1st Team Squad and to deliver best practice sports medicine services ,To liaise and work with fitness and coaching staff on all physiotherapy related issues within the Dinas Powys Squad providing feedback to coaches on players wellbeing :-
- Player rehab
- Match day support
- Training day support
- Managing stock for equipment
- Driving rehab and recovering plans
