There are various Rugby opportunities in secondary schools in North Wales, below is a brief description on what's on offer for the year.
Year 7 have festivals and playing opportunities organised locally through Hub Officers and Physical Education teachers. These will be in a variety of playing formats from 7s, 10s, 12s and 15 a side.
Year 8 has the RGC Cup and Urdd 7s North Wales competition. The RGC Cup will start regionally with a North West and North East Cup, plate and bowl competition with the winners playing each other in a North Wales final. The Urdd 7s will be held at Colwyn Bay on Thursday the 2nd of May 2024.
Year 9 has the National Schools cup competition. The National schools cup competition will run from October and will be split up provincially before 4 representatives of North Wales schools will go through to the last 32 of the national competition.
Year 10 has the National Schools cup competition, RGC Cup and Urdd 7s North Wales competition.
