All of our five regions deliver rugby competitive rugby opportunities for player to take part in, Starting at U12 there is a regional club competition that give players their first opportunity to enter into a competitive environment. Most Regions run Cup, Plate, Bowl and even shield opportunities at their age groups depending on the number of teams that enter so that all players can experience the pressures of playing competitive rugby.
As the player goes through the age groups there are still opportunities Nationally and regionally, at youth and second team level depending on standard and ability.
