Description
- Two 5m x 5m squares with 1 attacker (A1) and 1 defender (D) in each. (Refer to Diagram)
- Support player (A2) positioned in between the 2 squares
- Ball provided to A1
- On coaches whistle/command A1 takes on the defender and attempts to score in the defenders square Defender aims to perform successful Tag tackle on A1
- Support player reacts to which square is playing and works to receive the pass/offload and score

- Footwork by the Attacker with the aim of beating the defender
- Go Forward and work to space
- Support player to react to space created
Variation / Progression
- Support player to be positioned from different positions within the grids
- Add more players
- Change start positions of players
