Welcome to the Women's and Girls section on the WRU Game locker.
The tiles represent all the areas of opportunity that exist within rugby for women's and girls.
Girls rugby in Wales is enjoying a huge explosion of interest and participation both in the education setting though our National Hub officer program and the community game.
Currently there are even more opportunities for girls to participate with 40 WRU Girls Hubs around Wales and the age categories now go from under 8 to under 18 to cater for the increased demand from girls across the communities of Wales. There are also 38 Senior women's teams currently competing within the Admiral leagues.
The WRU Has an ambition to reach 10,000 Women and Girls playing in the community by May 2026.
