Citing

A citing may be made, whether or not the alleged act of Foul Play was seen by a Match Official.

Acts of Foul Play contrary to Law 9 that reaches the red card threshold.

Burden will be placed on the Citing Player and/or Club to show that had the Match Official seen the alleged act of foul play a red card should have been awarded.

If the Referee had awarded a yellow card for the offence, the burden will be on the Citing Player and the Citing Club that the Referee should have awarded a red card.

Sufficient evidence to establish a prima facia case.

Gall person gael ei enwi, os yw’r digwyddiad honedig wedi ei weld gan un o’r tîm dyfarnu neu beidio.

Gellir ystyried troseddau, sy’n groes i Reol 9, sy’n cyrraedd trothwy cerdyn coch.

Bydd y cyfrifoldeb ar ysgwyddau’r Chwaraewr neu Glwb sy’n enwi gwrthwynebydd i brofi y byddai cerdyn coch wedi cael ei ddangos am y drosedd honedig – pe byddai’r tîm dyfarnu wedi gweld y digwyddiad.

Os mai dangos cerdyn melyn oedd penderfyniad y dyfarnwr am y drosedd ar y pryd, bydd y cyfrifoldeb ar ysgwyddau’r Chwaraewr neu Glwb sy’n enwi gwrthwynebydd i brofi y dylid fod wedi dangos cerdyn coch.

Bydd angen digon o dystiolaeth i sefydlu achos prima facia.
